Crafted using continuous distillation methods in the Barossa Valley to produce a triple distilled Australian single malt whisky made from South Australia’s finest malted barley. Then finished at Twelve and a Half Acres in a classic aged old Pedro Ximenez barrel from Spain to produce rich flavours of dried fruit, vanilla, caramel and subtle spice. Bottle at 48% ABV it’s just fabulous as an outstanding sipping whisky over the rocks.

Distillation: Continuous distillation method to produce a triple distilled New Make Whisky Spirit that is aged in wood for 3years prior to finishing in a vintage Pedro Ximenes sherry barrel. It's chill filtered several times at a specific temperature before being left to settle for two weeks prior to bottling.
