Lily's Gin is a specially made gin for my eldest daughter. Like her, it is full of zest, with hugely refreshing locally sourced organic kaffir lime and lemon myrtle providing rich citrus flavour. Think lemon and lime with but with a subtle hint of the exotic. Best served neat on ice or in a large glass with crushed ice and soda.

Ingredients: Juniper, coriander, cinnamon, lemon peel, orange peel, orris root, dried cranberries, liquorice root, Tasmanian pepper berry, lemon myrtle, kaffir lime, lavender.
Distillation: We use traditional column still distillation with a neutral grape-based spirit at 96% ABV, watered down with rainwater for the distillation process. It's chill filtered before being left to settle for two weeks prior to bottling.
