You will taste Christmas straight from the Twelve and a Half Acres still. An abundance of over 20 ingredients including the rich spices cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg - blended carefully with Christmas staples of dates, sultanas, raisins, cherries and a hint of exotic with Brazilian jaboticaba fruit. All are natural ingredients that are distilled true to the London Dry process, with nothing but filtered rainwater added post distillation. Bottled at 45%ABV our Christmas gin is best savoured chilled on the rocks.

Distillation: We use traditional column still distillation with a neutral grape-based spirit at 96% ABV, watered down with rainwater for the distillation process. It's chill filtered before being left to settle for two weeks prior to bottling.
