If you like the tangy, zesty and fresh taste of lemons, with an Australian native lemon myrtle flavour, you’ll love this one!
- 50ml of Twelve and a Half Acres Lemon Myrtle Gin
- 20ml Lemon Juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- Tonic or soda water
- Lemon slice to garnish
- Put the gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and bitters in a cocktail shaker and a large handful of ice cubes. Shake for about 20 seconds and then strain into a tall ice filled glass.
- Fill the glass with the same amount of either tonic or soda water and garnish with a large lemon slice.
