A classic negroni with a slight citrus and spice twist.
- 25ml of Twelve and a Half Acres Citrus and Spice Gin
- 25ml of sweet vermouth
- 25ml Campari
- Slice of Orange
- Cinamon stick
- Pour the gin, vermouth and Campari into a mixing glass with ice. Stir well until the outside of the glass feels cold.
- Strain into a glass over a single square large ice cub.
- Garnish with a large slice of orange, ideally a blood orange and stir with a cinnamon stick – leaving the stick in the glass.
